How to Install AirSync

Installation Steps

  1. Go to the AirSync Website
    • Tap the Login button.
    • Scroll down and Create a Free Account.
  2. Set Up Aircraft
    • After logging in, select “Set up a new aircraft”.
  3. Activation Code
    • Check your email for the activation code (sent after invoice is issued).
  4. Billing Account
    • If you’re new, follow the prompt to set up a billing account.
  5. Aircraft Details
    • Select your Aircrafts make/model/avionics.
    • Enter your tail number and flight time.
  6. Enter User Codes
    • Locate the user codes for the bridge and SD card on your unit.
    • Enter both codes into the setup form.
  7. Default Profile
    • Select a user profile if you are copying over permissions from another aircraft.
  8. 3rd Party Integration  (Professional Tier)
    • Integration with 3rd party software is available to Professional Tier customers.
    • Select the services you’d like AirSync to send your recorded data to.
  9. Confirm Details
    • Enter the aircraft serial number.
    • Review and confirm all information.
  10. Install Hardware
    • Refer to the provided image or website for SD card placement in your MFD.
    • Plug the bridge into a USB port or cigarette adapter.
      Tip: Power the bridge from the same battery as the MFD for best performance.
